Welcome From the Head

Welcome to Northfields Infants School and Nursery.

On behalf of all the staff, governors and children I would like to convey a warm welcome to our school website.

Whilst the site aims to give much of the information you may require - whether you have a child at our school or indeed are looking at prospective schools for the future - the very best insight into our school will be gained through visits and meeting the staff who actually work with the children.

I am extremely proud to be the Head Teacher at Northfields, a school which is held in high regard in the immediate and surrounding communities. Staff here are committed to providing the best possible introduction to learning for all our children. We do this through a creative, vibrant curriculum and also through ensuring both inside and outside environments provide safe stimulation to nurture and extend learning further. And of course - by having fun!

Our school aims to work in partnership with parents and we value greatly the support given to both the children and the school. Together we strive to give our children the best possible learning opportunities and to set them on the road to becoming independent, lifelong learners.
